Guests discovered the healing power of food as we discussed food as skincare. I taught what foods to eat to help brighten skin, decrease inflammation, calm redness and bring out natural radiance. Healthy eating to enhance the health of your skin.
We then discussed what natural ingredients to look for in skincare products and what those ingredients can do for your skin.
All foods and ingredients discussed were easily accessible and affordable, conveniently found in grocery stores or within the incredibly healing walls of Wildcraft.
