Cacao, Cashew and Coffee Smoothie

One of my favorite healthy treats…..for breakfast or as an afternoon snack (just sub decaf!).

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup cold brew coffee

  • 1/4 cup cashews

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder (Navitas is a great brand)

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  • pinch sea salt

  • 1 date (remove pit!)

  • 1/2 cup ice

  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender. Remember to remove pit from date!

  2. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
