Cacao, Cashew and Coffee Smoothie
One of my favorite healthy treats…..for breakfast or as an afternoon snack (just sub decaf!).
Ingredients:
2/3 cup cold brew coffee
1/4 cup cashews
1 banana
1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder (Navitas is a great brand)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch sea salt
1 date (remove pit!)
1/2 cup ice
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender. Remember to remove pit from date!
Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
