Low Sugar Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
3/4 green apple
4 stalks lacinato kale (remove the stems!)
juice from 1/2 lemon
1/2 cucumber
1/4 avocado
1/2 cup filtered water
1 serving protein powder or 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
Optional:
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1/2 cup ice
Directions:
Roughly chop apple and cucumber. Throw in blender.
Destem kale. Toss in blender.
Add remainder of ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
